Other business processes coordinated by the General Secretariat

The assignment of faculties to members of the University Executive Board in no longer necessary in the new management system as part of Governance 2020+. The responsibilities and process steps are therefore being redefined for a number of business processes.

Since 1 August 2020, the General Secretariat has also been coordinating the following dossiers:

  • Faculty decrees outside of teaching
  • Applications for the granting of the Venia Legendi
  • Applications for the appointment of titular professors and clinical lecturers
  • Issuance of institute regulations in accordance with the framework ordinance
  • Accreditation of individual faculties or degree programs
